During our May organizational meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing from our Clark County Property Valuation Administrator, Ms. Jada Brady. Her presentation was incredibly informative regarding the property valuation process, including the state laws that her office is required to follow and the procedures they use in an effort to keep things fair for property owners.
